Best Therian Forme Thundurus Raid Counters in 2022
April is here and with it comes a new assortment of Legendary and Mega Pokemon Raids to Pokemon Go. Throughout the month, three different Legendary Pokemon will appear in Legendary raids. Starting on April 5th, 2022 at 10 A.M local times, Therian Forme Thundurus will appear in Legendary raids; it will be available until April 12th and give trainers their first opportunity to catch a shiny version of Therian Forme Thundurus. Additionally, Mega Manectric will appear in Mega raids, so rock-type pokemon will be super effective.
Thundurus Raid Stats
- Thundurus is an electric-flying type Pokemon.
- It is weak to ice and rock-type moves.
- Thundurus’ Raid CP is 46044
- Thundurus’s Base HP is 188
- Its Attack is 295 and its Defense is 161
- The Base catch CP is between 2002 and 2091
- The Boosted Catch CP is between 2503 and 2614
- It is Weather Boosted by rainy and windy weather
- Its fast moves can be Volt Switch and Bite
- Its Charged moves can be Thunder, Thunderbolt, Focus Blast, and Sludge Wave
Thundurus Raid Counters
Going into the Thundurus Raid, trainers will need Pokemon with high defensive stats or type effective moves. Overall, Therian Forme Thundurus is one of the easier Legendary Pokemon to take down in Pokemon Go with a well-rounded team. The Thundurus raid can be easily completed by a team of 3 to 5 trainers; a team of 6 to 20 trainers will easily take it down and makes for a better completionist bonus. Using Mega Pokemon such as Mega Aerodactyl or Mega Abomasnow will make trainers’ lives easier. Ultimately, you will want to use Ice or rock-type Pokemon. Be careful, because the raid can be difficult if using water, grass, or bug-type Pokemon.
