Best Regirock Raid Counters

Going into the Regirock Raid, trainers will need to keep the high defensive stat in mind. Overall, Regirock is an easy legendary to take down in Pokemon Go with a strong team; it has a high defense, so attacking heavy Pokemon or quick-fire types will be efficient. A team of 4 to 5 trainers can take it down, especially with a Mega Blastoise or Mega Gyarados. Ultimately, you will want to use water-type Pokemon or strong grass types. Be careful, because the Regirock raid can be difficult if using Fire, Flying, Bug, or Ice-type Pokemon.
