    The Ancient Magus Bride is back, and for the first time with a simultaneous English release thanks to AI translation.

    The official Twitter account for The Ancient Magus Bride announced the return of the series alongside their partnership with Mantra which provides AI translation services.


    For fans, this means faster releases and translations that aren’t as likely to be editorialized by localizers.

    The series follows a young woman named Chise Hatori whose family abandoned her. Instead of killing herself, she’s persuaded to sell herself into slavery to find a home and is bought by the mage Elias Ainsworth to be his apprentice and wife.
