Another instance of bot usage has been spotted on Twitter, this time with the comments making remarks about Guilty Gear: Strive‘s Elphelt and how she is “absolutely trans”.

For those unaware, Guilty Gear: Strive recently announced that classic character Elphelt will be joining the playable character roster. The woman has undergone a drastic appearance overhaul however, courting some criticism.

One Twitter user, however, noted that apparently there are some individuals convinced that Elphelt is “trans” (with no evidence whatsoever), much as they falsely claimed with Bridget, and are apparently resorting to spamming comments using bots to “prove” it:

This isn’t the first instance of a certain sect of Twitter denizens using bots to spam and “prove that they are right”, as there was an instance involving Bridget as well as Paper Mario’s Vivian.

Guilty Gear: Strive has been available on Windows PC (via Steam), Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 4, and PlayStation 5.
