The recent Xbox leaks in the wake of the FTC v. Microsoft case have revealed a lot of surprising information, not least of which is upcoming games such as The Elder Scrolls VI.
In addition, a few new titles that haven’t been announced were also listed and include:
- The Elder Scrolls VI
- Protject Kestrel: Expansion
- “Licensed IP Game”
- Fallout 3 Remaster
- Elder Scrolls Online: Expansion
- Ghostwire: Tokyo Sequel
- Dishonored 3
- DOOM Year Zero DLC
You can see the full slide here, as well as some surprises that have either been canceled or delayed.
Did you see it? In FY22E, Oblivion Remaster. It seems at one point a remaster of The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion was in the works, or at least conceptualized.
It may only have been delayed and we could anticipate a remaster of Oblivion later. You’ll notice a few other titles have been delayed on that list. For instance Starfield being anticipated for FY21E with a DLC in FY22E. So their plans have obviously gone a little awry, but there’s no reason to believe the plans for an Oblivion remaster have turned to dust.
More details are surfacing as we look through the leaked documents, including a digital-only console meant to outperform the other Xbox Series consoles. You can read more about how the leak happened here.
