Publisher Fireshine Games and developer Pugstorm announced Core Keeper has sold over 1 million copies.

Core Keeper has sold over 1 million copies just within four months of its release for PC, via Steam Early Access). The sandbox game is expected to hit full release by the end of 2022.

Previous milestones included over 250K copies sold within its first week and over 500K copies roughly two weeks since its launch.

Pugstorm noted the game’s first large update – Sunken Sea – helped push the game ahead to break a million copies sold:

In case you missed it – you can find our thorough hands-on preview for the game here – we found the sandbox game extremely promising. We also wrote up a handy guide on getting those NPCs to move into your base – find that here.
