United States President Donald Trump Launches a Twitch Channel

The President of the United States of America Donald Trump has created a Twitch.tv account.

Specifically, the account was set up on October 11th by “Team Trump“, a group set up for President Trump’s presidential campaigns.

It seems likely the service will be used to broadcast rallies by the President, including tonight’s rally from Minneapoli at 8 p.m. EST.

The news is surprising, considering Trumps condemnation of Jeff Bezos (1, 2, 3) owner of Amazon and Twitch, and his belief of violent video games causing real-life violence (leading to him meeting representatives from the ESA in March 2018).

You can find Donald Trump’s Twitch account right here.

Twitch was also utilized by Bernie Sanders in August 2019.
