Yowamushi Pedal: Ashita e no High Cadence, a new adventure game by Bandai Namco, launches today. You can view trailers for the game above and below.

Ashita e no High Cadence is based on the Yowamushi Pedal anime and manga (which are known in the West as Sissy Pedal).

The game is divided into three modes—story, mini-games, and matches—and features Sohoku’s cycling team, Hakone Academy’s team, Midousuji Akira, and Machimiya Eikichi. High Cadence is fully voiced and has an original story, which takes place at the end of Inter High, involving the cyclists going to a training camp.

Yowamushi Pedal: Ashita e no High Cadence launches today, 29 January, on the 3DS in Japan. It costs 5,690 yen, excluding tax.

A pre-painted and posable figurine of Sissy Pedal‘s protagonist, Sakamichi Onoda, is also being sold separately by MAX Factory. The contents of the figma consist of the main figure, the base and articulated figma stand, expression parts (standard, smiling, and serious), a drink bottle, and a bicycle plastic kit. The figure is approximately 135mm tall. You can see photos of the figurine below.
