Previously, we reported on how Yokai Watch had become quite a breakout hit in Japan, and that its preorders were leading many to believe it to be the first game to break a million units sold in Japan for 2014.
Thanks to a report published by Famitsu, we’ve learned that Yokai Watch 2 Ganso and Honke (there are two games) have broken 1,281,096 units within the game’s first four days of sale in Japan.
Yokai Watch 2 Ganso and Honke went on sale on July 10th in Japan, and Level-5 is still reportedly looking into localizing it for the west.
