Animation studio Elias has shared the first trailer for their Yandere Dark Elf anime adaptation, a first look at the anime with its premiere and more.

The new trailer gives a first look at the upcoming Yandere Dark Elf: She Chased Me All the Way From Another World!, based on the manga series of the same name written and illustrated by Nakano Sora (which is also based on the earlier adult doujin of the same name).

The first trailer reveals the protagonist Hinata Sunohara, now back in our regular world after saving the fantasy world from an evil overlord. His return to normal life gets turned upside down when Mariabell, an extremely well-endowed dark elf, follows him back to Earth so she can claim him for herself.

While Rie Kawamura is playing the protagonist Hinata, Minami Takahashi is playing the extremely busty and possessive dark elf Mariabell. A premiere is now set for sometime in April of this year.

The new anime series is being produced by the same team behind the Plus-Sized Elf anime from studio Elias, which premiered in July of 2024. Its director Toshikatsu Tokoro is returning to direct, Yuki Takabayashi is handling series composition, and Kazuhiko Tamura is handling character designs.

Originally released online via Takeshobo’s Web Comic Gamma Plus website since 2021, Yandere Dark Elf has been ongoing since and currently has three tankobon volumes. Nakano Sora wrote and illustrated both the original adult doujin and its new 16+ manga.
