Wargaming Group is having yet another crossover with Azur Lane in their WWII ship multiplayer game, World of Warships.
This is the third time that World of Warships has done a crossover with the wildly successful mobile game about warships that also happen to be cute anime girls. As with the last crossovers, the Third Wave event adds tons of Azur Lane-themed ship camouflages, flags, avatars, and commanders.
There are seven new commanders in this event; Jean Bart, Roon, Littorio, Shokaku, Yat Sen, Sovetskaya Rossiya, and Baltimore. This brings the total number to 22.
There is a special combat mission chain that allows players to unlock some of the new Azur Lane cosmetics, with Commander Nelson being the final reward. This quest chain will be active until August 31st.
There is also a pair of bundles that include the various commanders, camouflages, and commemorative flags. Both bundles come with the unique Commander Azuma. These bundles will be available until August 21st.
You can read more about the Third Wave crossover event here, and find the trailer below.
