We Need To Go Deeper – The Atomique DLC Now Available

We Need To Go Deeper The Atomique DLC

Deli Interactive have released The Atomique, a new DLC pack for their cooperative submarine adventure roguelite, We Need To Go Deeper.

As previously reported, up to four players must cooperative to drive a submarine to the darkest depths of the ocean. Players will need to man various stations throughout the submarine, make emergency repairs, and fend off attacks by vicious monsters. Players can also leave the submarine to explore underwater caves to find resources, artifacts, and valuable upgrades.

The new DLC pack adds the titular Atomique, an atomic age submarine with a variety of new mechanics. This new submarine is powered by a nuclear reactor, allowing it to glow in the dark so your crew won’t need to worry about manning spotlights.

The submarine also features powerful shields, and can use its excess nuclear energy to create a temporary invincibility barrier. This nuclear power comes at a price, however. Your crew will need to carefully monitor the reactor’s heat levels to avoid a catastrophic meltdown.

You can find the release trailer below.

We Need To Go Deeper – The Atomique DLC pack is available for $4.99 USD.

You can find the rundown of the DLC (via Steam) below:
