Fatshark have released another character class trailer for Warhammer 40,000: Darktide, this time showing off the Veteran.

The Veteran class represents a seasoned Guardsmen, and like all classes, it will have several subclasses to choose from. The focus of this particular trailer and news post is the Sharpshooter, which specializes in picking off enemies from range. The Sharpshooter starts with a lasgun and entrenching shovel, two invaluable pieces of kit any Guardsmen is familiar with.

The Sharpshooter’s special skill allows them to focus in on their targets, gaining increased critical hit damage and better weapons handling at the expense of movement speed. During this moment of heighten senses, the Sharpshooter can also clearly pick out elite and special enemies from the crowd, allowing them to remove major threats to the party.
