Fatshark have announced a free update for Warhammer: Vermintide 2 that will be coming to all platforms later this month.
Be’lakor will begin corrupting the already hazardous Chaos Wastes on June 14th. Until then, players can celebrate Warhammer Skulls with a limited time event. Until June 8th, players can collect skulls for Khorne to earn a new portrait frame.
This new update is for Warhammer: Vermintide 2‘s Chaos Wastes mode, and involves the infamous Daemon Prince Be’lakor. Players can team up to explore new levels corrupted by Be’lakor’s influence, resulting in new curses that will hinder the party. Players will also need to defeat Be’lakor’s champions, the Shadow Lieutenants, so they can enter the Temple of Shadows. Surviving the Temple of Shadows’ trials will grant powerful new boons and weapon traits.
You can find a teaser trailer for the new update below.
