Marvelous has announced a “Link A Doll” sort of promotion for Valkyrie Drive: Bhikkhuni.
The life-sized doll is of premium quality, and is based on the Valkyrie Drive: Bhikkhuni protagonist Rinka Kagurazaka. Featured above, you can view a trailer introducing the doll.
The Link A Doll has various features that are Wi-Fi supported, including “pai-bration,” “aroma breeze,” voice functionality, and more. The entire thing is hilariously described as a “pai-o-neer project” for Marvelous, who is making this possible with manufacturer Orient Industry (This is probablyNSFW) and make-up effects studio Jiro.
If you connect to Wi-Fi, you can hear Rinka’s voice, as well as obtaining three unique wallpapers for your smartphone. Despite how amazing and incredible this feat of modern human technology is, you won’t be able to buy the Rinka Link A Doll.
However, if you’re visiting Japan (or are one of our native readers), you can view her on display at the following locations:
November 1st from 13:00 to 18:00
- Sofmap Namba Zaurus 1 located in Nipponbashi, Naniwa, Osaka
November 6th from 13:00 to 19:00
- Sofmap Akihabara Amusement located in Sotokanda, Chiyoda, Tokyo
It’s also worth mentioning that Valkyrie Drive: Bhikkhuni the game will be playable at these events, for PS Vita.
