Nuke Nine’s Vagante is an intriguing game that hit Steam Early Access roughly a month ago.

Feaured above, you can view the game’s early access trailer. Vagante is described as an “action-packed platformer that features permanent death and procedurally generated levels”, and it certainly looks that way.

The Spelunky-esque game is actually more of an RPG than a straight-up rip-off of the game it looks like. It does share a few similarities, like the roguelike level generation, shopkeepers with randomized gear, ladders connecting different areas, but it does seem like an experience all its own.
