• Towerfall: Ascension Won’t Have Online Play, But “Substantially More 1p and 2p Content”

    Towerfall is coming to Playstation 4 and PC via Steam, which is coming after a long exclusive debut on the Ouya microconsole.

    The PS4 and PC ports both feature tons of new content, but curiously online multiplayer was never mentioned. The game lacked online play with its original release, so many fans were hoping it would come in the enhanced port.

    Unfortunately, that doesn’t seem to be the case, when Arthur Gies of Polygon questioned this very thing:

    So if you don’t have three extra PC or PS4 controllers (or three local friends for that matter), you’re kind of out of luck.
