Tokyo RPG Factory Updates Website With New Image

Square Enix has updated the official website for internal developer Tokyo RPG Factory.

Featured above, you can view the new artwork that was included in the update. The studio, known for their throwback RPG I Am Setsunais presumably working on their next game.

If we’re going by the entire purpose of Tokyo RPG Factory (including their name), their next game is probably another RPG.

Perhaps we’ll see a new game reveal from the studio at this year’s E3 or Tokyo Game Show? Sound off in the comments below with your hopes from the developer’s next title.

Setsuna was a decent first game, hopefully they get more time and money to make the next game better.

Hopefully they have a better idea of what they’re doing with this one.

I’m ready for atlus’s project Re:fantasy, but I’m willing to see what Tokyo rpg factory will do since they seem to understand the importance of classic rpg mechanics. The rest of the industry just seems to use rpg gerne with out fully fledging it out or understanding why certain mechanics are supposed to complement “archaic” design. To everyone else, just include some basic rpg and crafting mechanics for mass appeal.

Here I was, hoping for a Vita version. Nope, only PS4, PC and Switch.
