The housewife focused romantic comedy series Okusan is ending next month on September 17.

The series follows Kyouko Okita, a young housewife who just moved to a new apartment with her husband. While at home, Kyouko spends her days making friends with the neighbors and their children, as well as other women from around the neighborhood.

The series began in 2008 from creator Masakazu Ooi, who was previously known for his original manga Ichinensei ni Nacchattara.

For the last couple volumes, Kyouko has been getting ready for the birth of her first child, which is likely where the manga will end off.

At the time of writing there’s been no confirmation of a sequel or other continuation.
