An anime adaptation of The Demon King’s Daughter is too Kind has been announced!

The series follows Dou, the young daughter of the current demon king. However, Dou is too innocent for this world and lacks the malice or cruelty to conform to the demon way of life.

Her father, Ahriman assigns his aide Jahy to help Dou learn to be evil, but Dou’s kind heart and smile are too much. Despite his command to teach Dou to be evil, Ahriman can’t help but becoming a doting father whenever Dou is around.

The series is the latest anime adaptation from EMT Squared who have previously worked on other absolutely adorable titles. Over the past few years they’ve worked on Kuma Kuma Kuma Bear, Fluffy Paradise, and more.

The Demon King’s Daughter is too Kind is set to premiere sometime in 2026.
