The upcoming anime series The 100 Girlfriends Who Really, Really, Really, Really, Really Love You will premiere on October 8 as part of the Fall 2023 anime season.

Originally announced earlier this year, the series follows Aijo Rentaro, a young man who has asked out a hundred girls and been turned down every single time. After so much rejection, Aijo prays to a god and gets a response.

The god explains that it was a divine mistake that led to him being refused, and in order to fix his mistake the god makes all one hundred women Aijo struck out with his soulmate.

Now if Aijo doesn’t return their feelings they’ll die tragically.

The anime is the latest from Bibury Animation Studios who are known for their work on The Quintessential Quintuplets, Black Rock Shooter, and Azur Lane.
