Switch Port for Aragami: Shadow Edition Delayed to 2019

Publisher Merge Games and developer Lince Works have announced a delay for the Switch port of Aragami: Shadow Edition.

The game will forgo its planned release this fall for one sometime next year. The reasoning behind the delay is the port for the game needed “more time for testing and polishing” so that they “could ensure a much more solid experience,” Lince Works studio director David Leon said.

“The work done by our porting partners, Stage Clear, so far has been truly fantastic,” Leon said. “We’re in no rush so it’s best we just move our release by a couple of months. Plus, most of you are all still busy playing that new cowboy game anyway. :P”

Aragami: Shadow Edition for Switch includes the original game, its Aragami: Nightfall expansion, and all the post-launch downloadable content. It also supports full two-player online cooperative play, which is also compatible with the Windows PC and Xbox One versions of the game.
