The Summer Game Fest have announced a special showcase, deemed “One of the Most Important Events on the SGF Schedule.”
After the Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1 and 2 reveal, the very end of the livestream showed the following image.
For non-English readers using translation software, the above states:
“Next Up
– Wednesday, 11 AM ET / 8 AM PT:
Special Showcase + Interview– Not to be Misssed! [sic]
– One of the Most Important Events on the SGF Schedule”
This livestream had not been previously announced, while the announcement of Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1 and 2 was “Surprise #1.” The fact such a “special announcement” was not revealed until now is enticing.
Is this a recent development? Did organizers want to see how many people would be hyped up for a last-second announcement? What do you think? Do you believe “misssed” was a clue or a misspelling? Sound off in the comments below!
