The official Japanese website has leaked the release date and other details about upcoming JRPG Shin Megami Tensei V.
What was previously known during the game’s reveal (via trailer and emailed press release), that the plot seemingly centers around God being dead, and the world quickly falling into chaos. A new being promises the world can be reborn from the old, shaped by the humans that have survived.
Now, Persona Central reports that the game’s official Japanese website updated to accidentally revealed the release date of November 11th, 2021. As noted by Persona Central, this may be the game’s Japanese release date; rather than a global one.
The website update had caused the page to display in an almost plain-text mode, listing the game’s release date. 15 minutes later, the reference to this release date was removed, even while the page was still broken. This also came with information about the game.
The main character is revealed to have entered another world known as Da’ath, and fuses with a mysterious man to become Naobino; something that is considered forbidden. The game also boasts over 200 demons, with several newly drawn ones by Masayuki Doi (the character designer of the game). The game will also have multiple endings.

As you explore Da’ath, you’ll face over 200 demons.
In addition to familiar demons, several demons newly drawn by Masayuki Doi, the character designer of this title, will also appear.
