Sengoku Dynasty, upcoming game from Polish developer Superkami Games has been announced. The game boasts a clever blending of two genres, city building and survival simulation.

Players take on the role of a humble peasant in the sengoku jidai (warring states period) of Japan, a time where regional lords fought constantly for the power to unify the island nation.

Beginning from the bottom, players will have to immerse themselves in these tumultuous times with the ultimate goal of ascending through samurai society to become a warlord in your own right.

What we’re shown of the game thus far is a first person perspective as seen in other survival games like Conan Exiles or Rust.
