Frontwing have announced that the visual novel, Idol Magical Girl Chiruchiru Michiru, will be launching on the PS Vita on June 25 in Japan. They’ve also released some new images from the game, which we’ve collected here.

Idol Magical Girl Chiruchiru Michiru is a spin-off from the Grisaia trilogy of VNs.

Both the original trilogy and the spin-off are currently being localized by Sekai Project for the West after a successful kickstarter, and will be coming to Windows, Linux, and Mac PCs. There are plans to bring the games to Western Vitas, too, but, while Sekai Project have been accepted as a Vita publisher now, they’re still in the process of getting these localizations greenlit by Sony.

We’ll keep you updated.

[Editor’s note: we not too long ago interviewed Sekai Project about, among other things, their crowdfunding efforts.]
