Anime goods merchant Right Stuf is allegedly going to shut down on October 10 and be absorbed by the Crunchyroll store.
The vendor was acquired a little over a year ago, a move that ultimately resulted in the removal of “erotica products” from the store.
A snippet of what appears to be portion of a press release was posted by Twitter user @MangaAlerts and further spread by @MangaMoguraRE. Both users are considered relatively reliable sources of leaks in the anime industry.
According to the alleged announcement, the product listings at Right Stuf will be migrated to the Crunchyroll store. The details regarding pending transactions and shipments will hopefully be addressed in the full press release.
At the time of writing neither Crunchyroll or Right Stuf has made any official announcement.
