Until now, when Xenoblade Chronicles 3D would be coming West was uncertain.
Today, Nintendo announced that Xenoblade Chronicles 3D will launch in the West exclusively for the New 3DS handhelds, during April in North America, and on April 2 in Europe.
The 3DS port of the Wii original has new 3D visuals, supplemental information on the bottom screen of the 3DS, and a bonus mode which lets players view 3D character models.
Ostensibly, the title is limited to the New 3DS because it has enough processing power to handle the upgraded visuals, whereas the old 3DS does not.
