Kaizen Game Works has announced the main voice cast for Promise Mascot Agency, their “open world mascot management crime drama” for PC and consoles.
Here’s the confirmed voice cast thus far:
- Takaya Kuroda (Yakuza: Like a Dragon) as main protagonist Michi
- Ayano Shibuya (The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom) as your chaotic partner-in-crime Pinky☆
- Eri Saito (Chainsaw Man, Metal Gear Solid 4, Way of the Samurai 3) as your stern but fair boss Matriarch Shimazu
- Shuhei Yoshida (handsome industry hero) as game-obsessed kappa mascot MonoGe
- SWERY (Deadly Premonition, The Good Life, Spy Fiction) as delinquent-turned-priest mascot Kannushi-kun
Here’s a story synopsis plus a trailer introducing the new voice actors for the game:
Takaya Kuroda voices the disgraced ex-yakuza Michi, exiled to the forgotten (and quite definitely cursed) Japanese town of Kaso-Machi with two goals: pay off his debt and restore glory to the town’s defunct mascot agency! Recruit the weird and wonderful mascots across town with help from your severed finger assistant manager and chaos goblin, Pinky☆ – voiced by Ayana Shibuya, negotiate their contracts and assign them jobs they love.
Promise Mascot Agency is in development for Windows PC (via Steam and the Epic Games Store), Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Switch, PS4, and PS5. A release is set for sometime in 2025.
