Professional skateboarder Jason Dill may have leaked the existence of an upcoming Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater, during a podcast.

The news comes via The Nine Club Stop and Chat podcast (thanks Nibellion!) At 1:36:33, Dill asks “So do you guys know that there’s a new Tony Hawk Pro Skateboarder coming out in 2020?” 

As host fellow pro skateboarder Chris Roberts states he had heard the rumor, Dill states one of his songs and his board design was in the game. The conversation quickly shifts away, but not before Dill mentions there is a career mode (joking that part of it should involve going on The Nine Club podcast).

The most recent Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater game had been Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 5 in 2015. The game was universally panned by fans and critics alike [1, 2, 3, 4], citing poor graphics, gameplay nothing like the prior games, and game-breaking bugs.
