The Pokemon Company and developer Game Freak announced Pokemon Scarlet and Violet have sold over 20.61 million copies.

The new milestone was reached in the financial period ending in December of last year. The latest flagship Pokemon games sold over 10 million copies within a week or release.

Coming from this, the mainline Pokemon games have sold another 10 million copies in roughly a month since that last milestone.
