ININ Games and developer Taito announced Parasol Stars: The Story of Bubble Bobble III is getting modern ports later this year.

The classic sidescroller/platformer will launch later in 2023 across Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Switch, PlayStation 4, and PlayStation 5. Parasol Stars was originally released back in 1991 for the PC Engine in Japan and later got very limited ports.

Strictly Limited Games will also offer “exclusive and highly limited” editions of the game, over on their online store. Preorders are kicking off on July 27th.
