We’ve learned (via NeoGAF) that Nintendo is sneakily releasing Ganbarion’s Wii RPG, Pandora’s Tower, onto the Wii U Virtual Console in North America.
The game came out in May of 2011, only to see an Australian and European release the following year. Pandora’s Tower finally came out in the Americas the following year, in 2013, as a joint localization between Nintendo and XSEED Games.
The story within Pandora’s Tower is focused on two characters, Aeron and Elena, the latter of which becomes cursed with transforming into a horrible monster. As they quest to remove the masters of each tower, Elena must eat their flesh to find clues to the origin of her curse, the masters, and the towers.
Pandora’s Tower will cost $19.99 when it launches on the American Virtual Console tomorrow. If you’re one of our European, Australian, or Japanese fans – the game is already downloadable on your respective Virtual console.
