Blizzard Entertainment has revealed the latest character for Overwatch 2 during the Overwatch League Grand Finals last Friday.

The new character, Ramattra, isn’t actually a totally new reveal – he was previously teased years ago during the finale of an Overwatch Archives “Storm Rising” event. Ramattra will be released for the game on December 6th as its 11th tank-class character.

Ramattra will likely be part of the game’s Battle Pass like previous character Kiriko. This means players will need to get the premium version of the Battle Pass to get Ramattra right away, otherwise they need to level up the free version to unlock him.

Overwatch 2 has been available since October 2022 for Windows PC (via Battle.net), Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and Nintendo Switch.
