Octopath Traveler: Champions of the Continent is set to launch next month in Japan – Square Enix announced this week.

The March 2019-announced smartphone RPG is set to finally launch on October 28th in Japan, following a delay roughly a year ago.


Octopath Traveler: Champions of the Continent will be available for iOS via the App Store and Android via Google Play. The game will be free to play, with in-game microtransactions. It’s also worth mentioning Square Enix has a potential new game in the series planned, for consoles.
