New Yomawari: Night Alone Trailer Introduces In-Game Systems

NIS America has shared a new trailer for Yomawari: Night Alone.

Featured above, the new trailer introduces the eerie horror game’s various systems.

Following a little girl mysteriously losing her dog, her sister goes out searching for the canine during the night, only to disappear herself. Your goal is to navigate this strange, otherworldly nightscape, in search of your sister and dog.

Yomawari: Night Alone is launching for PS Vita and PC in North America on October 25th and in Europe on October 28th. It’s worth mentioning the retail PS Vita version will include a free copy of htoL#NiQ: The Firefly Diary.

Looks spooky. May grab this when on sale.

This trailer wasn’t very good at advertising gameplay mechanics though, which i think is what it was trying to do.

The slowly moving character is giving me some bad flashbacks of htoL#NiQ. I really hope that this game is better.

Avoid Rose to Tasogare no Kojou then
It’s about as unforgivable/difficult as, if not more than, htol#NiQ

Yeah, I figured from the couple of trailers that it would have the same amount of cheap deaths. I doubt anything could be worse than the firefly sections though.

Hopefully when NISA flips the coin they decide NOT to butcher this game…

I want the game, but I stopped ordering from NISA. The changes to shipping, the higher prices for no reason among other things made me hate them.

Is that game getting localized? I really want to play it, as shitty as controls were on firefly diary, I loved the game art style and backgruound story to death…like, literally, since I died like a billion times

Another fun game for the Vita. But what’s this NISA everyone’s talking about?

This game had me hooked when you see the little girl walking her dog

They were doing a free shipping preorder a while ago that also included Firefly Diary. It might be worth your while to check it out.

Nice of you to mention, but I just dislike NISA after a lot of their changes. I mainly just use them for their Atelier releases at this point.
