New South Park 3D Game Planned After Over $900 Million Series and Film Deal with Trey Parker and Matt Stone

South Park

South Park creators Trey Parker and Matt Stone have signed a deal for over $900 million USD, which could see a 3D South Park game in the future.

Bloomberg reports Parker and Stone signed “one of the richest deals in TV history;” Being paid over $900 million USD across six years in exchange for six more series, and 14 movies for Paramount+. The duo will also reportedly use the money for a documentary, a marijuana company, and a 3D video game set in the world of the series.

The most recent South Park video games, South Park: The Stick of Truth and South Park: The Fractured But Whole were both RPGs; animated to nigh-perfectly resemble the show. Both games saw scenes censored in Europe and Australia (usually involving on-screen sex or simulated sex), along with the latter’s difficulty slider changing the color of your character’s skin.

A 3D South Park game would likely continue the outlandish and shocking humor the series is known for. It is likely any news on this new game will be some time coming, as even pre-planning may not have happened yet. The series is currently one of the longest running animated TV series (following The Simpsons and Family Guy).
