Nintendo will be showing off new gameplay for The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild at this year’s Game Awards.

While details are scant, we know the showcase is going down this Thursday night, December 1st.

The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild is launching for both the Wii U and the recently unveiled Nintendo Switch sometime next year.

Wake me up when someone extracts the full footage from the rest of that travesty for a reward ceremony, and puts it up on YouTube. Thanks.

What made Breath of The Wild a “Travesty”? The gameplay footage i’ve seen actually looks pretty good. and besides, it’s either BoTW or a movie.

Enough with the cooking, the camping, and the large landscape. I want to see dungeons and boss fights.

Oh God sorry, my bad, not the game, the game looks amazing, I’m talking about the game awards themselves. I don’t want to watch that crap, just to see the one game I’m actually interested in next year. Sorry for the missed communication.

I personally like the idea of watching a trainwreck in slow motion for 2 hours, might be fun with a few drinks and a /v/ thread.
