Neptunia: Sisters VS Sisters has gotten a patch from loyal fans that eradicates the censorship that removed “harsh language” from the game.

Shortly after the game’s release on April 21st, 2022, it was announced that the title would be censored, specifically removing profanity such as the word “ass” from dialogue, and renaming certain items such as “bastard sword”.

The decensor patch was made available on Game Banana and Nexus Mods, which removes these absurd changes, with such changes being carried out despite the game’s T-rating.

Hyperdimension Neptunia: Sisters vs. Sisters launched in April 2022 for Japan on both PS4 and PS5 in Japan and in January 2023 for the west across PC (via Steam), PlayStation 4, and PlayStation 5. A western Switch port is coming on January 23rd, 2024 seemingly before the also confirmed Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S ports.
