Publisher Bandai Namco and developer CyberConnect2 released Naruto x Boruto: Ultimate Ninja Storm CONNECTIONS DLC character Hagoromo Otsutsuki.
The lightning-infused fighter is now available for all platforms as part of the game’s first downloadable content.
