Microsoft has announced they’re cutting the price of Game Pass on both Xbox consoles and PC months after they hiked prices up.
Beginning today, Game Pass Ultimate drops from $29.99 to $22.99 a month and PC Game Pass will drop from $16.49 to $13.99 a month, and pricing may vary based on region.
As part of the pricing change, the Call of Duty series will no longer be in Game Pass at launch, with new games in the series being added to the subscription service the following holiday (a year later).
The new pricing isn’t as low as the former pricing for Game Pass, which was $19.99 a month for Xbox Game Pass and $11.99 for PC Game Pass, but it’s certainly a welcome change.
