    Media Molecule announced Mark Healey, the last remaining co-founder, has left the company.

    Healey’s departure comes not long after co-founder and art director Kareem Ettouney left earlier this year. Media Molecule was founded back in 2006 by Kareem Ettouney, Alex Evans, and Mark Healey.


    Now that Evans left back in 2020, Ettouney in early 2023 and now Healey is gone, the company no longer has any of its original founders.

    In recent news, Media Molecule announced they’re killing off their VR-supported sandbox game Dreams to move onto an “exciting new project.” Read more about that here.
