Little Witch Nobeta console ports for Switch and PS4 get western release

Idea Factory International have announced a western release for Little Witch Nobeta on consoles.

Little Witch Nobeta is heading west on Switch and PS4 sometime in Spring 2023. It’ll retain the Japanese voiceover with subtitles for English, French, and Spanish languages.


If you’d like to preorder the western launches, you can do so by checking out their website for either the American or European regions.

The game has already been available in its full release, on PC (via Steam), since September 2022. While also getting a PS4 and Switch release in Japan and Asian regions.

Little Witch Nobeta

Guided by a small black cat, an amnesic little witch named Nobeta delves deep into a mysterious castle. Inside, dangers lurk around every corner. Encounter frightful enemies, powerful bosses, and magical puzzles. Can you reach the throne and uncover the secrets of your past?

Key Features:

  • Better. Faster. Stronger. Witchier. – The castle is full of mighty monsters and even mightier bosses. As you progress, your adversaries will get stronger, so you’ll need to as well. Collect Soul Essences from defeated enemies and use them to strengthen your abilities and take down the Crafted Souls!
  • Get Crafty! – The bosses known as Crafted Souls will present a huge challenge, and they won’t be easy to take down. You’ll need to develop a strategy if you want to beat them. Dodge their attacks at just the right time to take control of the battle.
  • Magical Mystery Tour – On your journey you may find your path blocked. Use your mastery of elemental magics to solve puzzles and unlock new areas of the castle to explore. You may even find some hidden treasure lying around.
  • The Truth is in There – Collect items around the castle and learn more about Nobeta’s dark and mysterious world.
