Not long after his departure from Atlus, longtime illustrator/designer Kazuma Kaneko has revealed his new game “project MASK” at developer COLOPL.

Not much is known about the game outside the above artwork, its tentative title, and the tease that its theme is “creating a new game experience with God,” and that it will release for iOS and Android.

project MASK was revealed in COLOPL’s latest financial results briefing. This is Kaneko’s first new game outside of Atlus, whom he worked under for 35 years prior to his recent departure.

Back when Kazuma left Atlus, he teased in a previous interview that his new game would express his worldview, is an original IP, and that it could be divided into two parts. It’s also supposed to use the latest tech.
