    Kamierabi GOD.app is a new upcoming anime series from Nier creator Yoko Taro.

    As an original TV anime, there’s no source material to draw on and details are sparse in the months leading up to the premiere.


    What we do know is that high school students are forced to take part in a “battle royale” in a fight over godhood.

    The series is done in 3D instead of conventional animation and while that’s something we frequently have criticized perhaps Yoko Taro can elevate the style.

    Kamierabi GOD.app is set to premiere in October as part of the Fall 2023 anime season.
