Following a preemptive leak via Sony’s Gamescom floor roster, we’ve learned that Sony has officially announced both Journey and The Unfinished Swan for PlayStation 4, with the latter of which also confirmed for Playstation Vita.

Sony also confirmed that both games will be running at a full 1080p resolution, and Tricky Pixels is handling the port of Journey, while Armature Studio is handling The Unfinished Swan.

Unfortunately, release dates for both new release were not confirmed.
