Job Listings Reveal New, Unannounced Blizzard Game in Development

We’ve learned Blizzard Entertainment is hiring for a new and unannounced game.

The news comes via a slew of job postings over on their careers website, where the company is hiring quite a few people for the unannounced project.

These positions include big roles like a Senior Level Designer, a Lead Level Designer, and more. Applicants are asked to have a “passion for action games on console or PC” and some bizarre or possibly jokes like “You are not afraid of bears, instead you treat them with the respect, dignity and caution that they deserve” under the “Pluses” section in the apps.

What’s more, the hirings suggest this game is surprisingly close to being finished, as one listing mentions having skills like “world building from conception to the final stages of polish.”

Previously, a source confirmed to us that a Diablo mobile game was being developed, while Blizzard proper confirmed they’re working on “several” Diablo games. Regardless, the company typically has a number of games in development at all times, however it remains to be seen how many actually get revealed – or even published.

Could this be a new Diablo game? A proper WarCraft real-time strategy game sequel? What would you like to see from Blizzard? Sound off in the comments below!
