Subset Games have announced Into the Breach: Advanced Edition, as well as a mobile port of the game via Netflix Games.

Originally released in 2018, Subset Games have made the surprise announcement of Into the Breach: Advanced Edition. This new Advanced Edition will be delivered as a massive free update to the PC and Nintendo Switch versions of the game. At the same time, the mecha tactics roguelite will finally be coming to mobile via the Netflix Games platform. Into the Breach: Advanced Edition releases on July 19th.

Into the Breach: Advanced Edition adds 5 new mech squads, almost 40 new weapons, 4 new pilots, new skills, new challenges, and new enemy types.

The remnants of human civilization are threatened by gigantic creatures breeding beneath the earth. You must control powerful mechs from the future to hold off this alien threat. Each attempt to save the world presents a new randomly generated challenge in this turn-based strategy game from the makers of FTL.
