Buried in news of Guerrilla Games restructuring their staff is the slight tease that surprise! – Horizon Forbidden West is getting a sequel.
The news post teases “Aloy’s next adventure” alongside the previously teased multiplayer project.
“We have full confidence in our new leadership as they steer Guerrilla towards a bright future, expanding the world of Horizon with Aloy’s next adventure and our exciting online project,” the studio said.
The company had several staff change-ups confirmed in the news post including studio co-head Angie Smets getting promoted to Head of Development Strategy at PlayStation Studios. Smets is a founding member of Guerrilla and will get replaced by Hella Schmidt.
