Publisher Sony and developer Guerrilla Games have announced Horizon Forbidden West sold over 8.4 million copies since its release.

The new milestone was announced alongside revealing the franchise has sold over 32.7 million copires in total. Also, Guerrilla has further teased the next Horizon game:

“Last of all, I’d like to share that we are so excited that Aloy’s adventures will continue,” said Guerrilla Games director Jan-Bart van Beek. “Her latest mission takes her to the ruins of Los Angeles in Horizon Forbidden West: Burning Shores, and we can’t wait for you to find out where she’ll go next.”
